Many would envision the road to success to be platinum lined, smoothly paved and one which requires very little effort from those that trod the path to ultimate affluence. The humble 55 year old businessman has inherited his business savvy from his parents, Alice and Percy Chang, who together operated Chang's Emporium, which was Jamaica's first supermarket. Though from a typical well-to-do family, Mr. Chang has created his own wealth through constant dedication and hard work. Being armed with an MBA, his firm educational background and unique concepts has enabled him to plot a chart that blends an illustrious career in the field of finance, which led to the fruition of the entrepreneurial dream.
