all about balance when it comes to optimal nutrition
for maintaining healthy hair.
In order to achieve this, we often overlook the
nutritional aspects that form the foundation of
healthy hair and focus on the cosmetic aspects.
A mixture of protein, complex carbohydrates, vitamins
and minerals is needed to achieve this goal.
