It's the summertime and all roads in Jamaica lead west towards Negril for the hottest series of beach parties this side of the Greater Antilles. Most definitely, everyone will be pulling out all the stops to attain the perfect "summer body" that will look sensational in swimwear.

Buzzz caught up with entertainers Bling Dawg, Kris Kelli and Assassin, a few of dancehalls health conscious artistes, to find out their fitness and health secrets. Being in an appearance-obsessed industry that always has the spotlight focused on them requires that they look good all year round and not just for the summer. Many of their performance on stage also demand a certain level of fitness.
